Medicare Costs Tracker: 2026 Edition
Medicare costs come from several places at once: the Part B premium taken out of your Social Security check, a drug plan, maybe a Medigap or Medicare Advantage plan, and then the deductibles, copays, and prescriptions on top. This free spreadsheet and printable log puts it all in one place. Each month you enter what you actually paid. It keeps year-to-date totals by category, flags when your premiums don't match what you expected (a common sign of an IRMAA or premium change), and shows how close your prescription costs are to the 2026 Part D out-of-pocket cap of $2,100. There's also a place for plan names, ID numbers, and phone numbers, and an Open Enrollment worksheet (October 15 – December 7) for comparing next year's options side by side.
